01: Evaluations

Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Before starting treatment, we begin with a comprehensive evaluation to assess your unique needs. Whether you are seeking pediatric occupational therapy, lactation support, or pelvic floor therapy, this initial session allows us to:

    •    Identify feeding challenges, developmental delays, or motor skill concerns in infants and toddlers

    •    Assess breastfeeding and bottle-feeding difficulties, latch issues, tongue ties, and milk supply concerns

    •    Evaluate pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum recovery needs, birth preparation, or chronic pain issues

During your one-on-one evaluation, we discuss your health history, identify challenges, and set personalized goals to improve function, comfort, and well-being. From there, we create a customized treatment plan to help you or your child thrive.

03: Wellness Coaching Visits

Infant Development, sleep, airway health, schedules, feeding, and more!

Our Wellness Visits are 45-minute, private-pay consultations designed to provide education, guidance, and practical strategies for parents and caregivers. These visits do not include formal evaluations, treatment, medical diagnoses, or follow-up notes and are intended for informational and coaching purposes only.

We offer personalized education and support in the following areas:

    •    Infant Development & Milestones – Learn about typical movement patterns, play-based engagement, and ways to encourage motor skill progression (rolling, sitting, crawling, walking).

    •    Sleep, Routines & Airway Health – Get insight into age-appropriate sleep expectations, gentle strategies for sleep support, and information on airway development and functional breathing.

    •    Feeding & Transitions – Discuss common breastfeeding or bottle-feeding concerns, the introduction of solids, and tips for responsive feeding practices.

    •    Parenting Support & Coaching – Gain confidence in bonding, sensory processing, and fostering a nurturing and regulated environment for your child.

    •    Pelvic Floor & Postpartum Well-Being – Learn about core recovery, gentle movement strategies, and pelvic floor awareness to support postpartum healing.

These educational sessions are perfect for parents looking for guidance, reassurance, and practical next steps to help their baby or themselves feel more comfortable and supported. If more in-depth clinical assessment or treatment is needed, we are happy to discuss additional therapy options or referrals to best meet your needs.

05 Therapeutic Ultrasound (Gentle, Non-Invasive Relief for Parents)

Clogged Ducts/Mastitis Prevention

Our Therapeutic Ultrasound Add-On is a safe, gentle, and effective way to support healing and relieve discomfort—all in a quick, convenient session during your existing visit. This non-invasive therapy uses gentle sound waves to promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and break up adhesions, making it a great option for parents looking for targeted relief without committing to a full therapy session.

📌 Pricing varies based on the area treated and session length added to your visit.

💡 Common Uses for Therapeutic Ultrasound:

    •    Clogged Ducts & Mastitis Prevention – Helps soften milk ducts, improve flow, and reduce discomfort from engorgement.

    •    Cesarean Scar Pain & Mobility – Supports tissue healing, reduces tightness, and improves movement around the incision site.

    •    Facial Tension & Restrictions – Gently releases jaw and facial muscle tension that may impact breastfeeding, clenching, or tongue mobility.

    •    Mommy Thumb (De Quervain’s) & Carpal Tunnel – Reduces inflammation, stiffness, and pain from repetitive hand and wrist movements.

    •    Pelvic & Abdominal Muscle Recovery – Assists in relaxing tight muscles and improving tissue function postpartum.

This add-on is perfect for moms/birthing parents needing targeted relief but who don’t have time for a full therapy session. It can be a standalone treatment or a stepping stone toward deeper, ongoing care if needed.

📍 Not sure if this is right for you? Ask during your visit, and we can determine if therapeutic ultrasound would be a helpful addition to your care plan.

04. Pelvic Floor Therapy Add-Ons

Customizable Mini-Sessions

Our Pelvic Floor Therapy Add-Ons provide a flexible, time-efficient way for parents to receive personalized pelvic health support during their existing infant therapy or lactation visits. Many families struggle to find time for a full pelvic floor evaluation, so this option allows for a focused, hands-on session that fits into your schedule.

📌 Pricing varies based on the services provided and the additional time added to your session.

💡 Common Pelvic Floor Mini-Sessions Include:

    •    Postpartum Recovery Support – Gentle strategies and activity modifications to promote core and pelvic floor awareness for healing after birth.
